BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
When you book an appointment with me, either online, through a message, or on the phone, your appointment goes into my online booking system. Once I enter your appointment or accept the appointment you have requested (online users), you will receive a notification on your phone and email stating you have an appointment with Angles Hair Salon with the date and time of the appointment. You will be asked to confirm your appointment, please confirm your appointment to ensure you don't lose your spot!

If you try to reach Angles Hair Salon during closed hours, your phone call or message may not be answered until the next day the salon is open. If you would like to know right away if you can make an appointment for the day and time you have available, the best option is to book online.
APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE
Due to many cancellations and no show appointments, Angles Hair Salon has updated their cancellation policy. Please understand that this is a business and this is how I make my living. When someone cancels with little notice, or doesn't show up for their appointment, it is hard to fill the spot they had reserved. I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. To be effective and fair to all clients, a card on file will be required to book an appointment and the following policies will be honored:
-If you are running late, a courtesy call is greatly appreciated, and I will do my best to accommodate you upon arrival. However, rescheduling your appointment may be required.
-Cancellations made on the same day or with less than 48 hours notice, your card will be charged 50% of your scheduled service. If you have no contact with me or no show to your appointment, your reserved card will be charged 100% of the services you are scheduled for.
-Any changes to your service that will impact the length of the appointment needs to be discussed 48 hours prior to your appointment, or you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
I appreciate all of you who make an effort to show up on time and those who let me know if something has come up and you have to reschedule! This policy is to protect myself as well as the clients that are waiting to get in.
